Shonda Yates is a bold, down-to-earth leader in the tax industry who's passionate about helping everyday people create real income, real freedom, and real results. Since starting her tax journey in 2019, she's gone from balancing a 9-5 and raising three kids to building a lucrative business and helping other inspiring tax professionals.

Her mission is simple: show people - especially single moms, dreamers, and go-getters - that financial freedom is possible with the right tools, mentorship, and mindset. Through her business, Tax Boss Suite, Shonda not only teaches the tax game but breaks down branding, automation, and business development in a way that's relatable, strategic, and proven to work.

Shonda leads with love, accountability, and transparency. She's not just here to talk money - she's here to change lives. Whether she's helping a new tax pro launch their brand or guiding someone through scaling their first season, her heart stays in the same place: helping people win.

Shonda is a graduate of Strayer University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a marketing concentration in 2024; and she received her Executive Graduate Leadership Certificate June 2025.
